Why do I need the help of a professional to Train my Domestic Staff?
Because a Professional Organizer can give you the tools and knowledge required to help those responsible for organizing your home, training them under the highest level of professionalism. We have to bear in mind that at present Domestic Staff Training is a must. Many of our domestic staff come from abroad and are not accustomed to our way of life, habits and dietary requirements.
How does Domestic Staff Training work?
The Training is based around a series of face-to face theoretical and practical sessions on how to carry out different housekeeping duties. In addition, we include subjects on general organization, product use, a system to keep everything organized, and storage space utility.
What are the requirements for starting this training?
The most important requirement is motivation and a positive attitude towards learning, being able to speak Spanish or English and have basic knowledge of mobile technology and IT (if possible).
Where is the training given?
We train staff in their place of work. Direct contact with the work space helps domestic staff training to be more direct and relevant; that’s why we opt for this system – we know it works.
When would training be given?
Ideally during staff working hours if they are live-in staff; intensive training is given to live-out staff. Take into account that while a member of staff is undergoing training their work should be covered by someone else, or if staff are not going to be substituted it has to be understood that they will not be able to perform 100%. However, we also try to find the best way of giving training so that it does not affect the day-to-day running of your home.
Is there a certificate at the end?
Yes. Staff are given a document which verifies that they have passed our quality standards. It’s a personal letter which they can use as a Letter of Recommendation in their work which confirms that they have gone through the training.
What happens if after the training they leave?
Unfortunately it would mean starting over, as in any profession, but always “with a smile and a song”. And although to begin with it’s a setback, if you think about it it’s also satisfying to know that you have helped the person who has left to become better prepared then when they arrived.
Does this service have a start and end date?
In our opinion personal training should never end. However, once every session has been given and doubts have been clarified then the training ends.
How can I contact you?
By sending an email telling us, in general terms, about your situation and letting us take charge – and that’s it. That’s how we start – it’s that simple – all done.

Our services can be contracted individually and all of them include a follow-up stage over a set period of time in order to consolidate the service.
